   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges:
   - We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
   - Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Return the product to us, including a note in your package explaining the reason for your return.
We'll check the product is in original condition and provide store credit.
We will not accept returns in worn or not in new condition.
